Strengthening Habitat for Humanity Greenville’s Digital Impact
From 2018 to 2021, I managed the social media presence for Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, guiding the organization through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and the social unrest of 2020 and 2021. By focusing on impactful storytelling, strategic engagement, and promoting fundraising events, I strengthened the organization’s digital brand presence on Instagram and Facebook. My efforts led to increased donations, boosted event ticket sales, and converted followers into dedicated donors, ultimately enhancing brand affinity and extending Habitat’s mission to a broader audience.
I revitalized Habitat Greenville’s Instagram by showcasing powerful visuals and compelling stories of the families and volunteers behind the mission. Through strategic use of posts, stories, and interactive features, I fostered deeper connections with followers, driving engagement and support for fundraising efforts.
